see relatedmy last day in cleveland
well, today is my last day in cleveland. i'm feeling...?
it's hard to fully realize all that is about to happen. i'm leaving my job and the school and the teachers and the students, and probably most of the memories of the last two years. it's overwhelming. i'm a little scared because things are unstable for a time, but i'm also excited because new chapters are blossoming. in less than 30 days, i'll be married and getting ready to leave for costa rica and then hong kong. wow!
i take this time then to thank cleveland and all it's wonders. it is truly a greater city than the reputation that precedes it. and i also thank all the people that have made my time enjoyable and my days rich with detail. thank you trinity lutheran church for all the spiritual discipline and refreshment. thank you west park lutheran school for teaching me to become a teacher. i'll never forget the roots for my educational experience. and thank you to all my family and friends and leaps cohort for the deep wells of support and encouragement. i may not have survived without it. i especially thank you kristin for being my best friend, my most frequent visitor, and the love of my life. you mean more to me than i can properly convey.
finally, i give praise to the Lord, Savior, Alpha, Omega, and Omnipresent. You make all things possible and are the source of my every breath. hallelujah!
goodbye cleveland!
