  • a fun school trip

    to counterbalance the horrible day last week, i thought i should share some photos of a good day.  i took my students to something called "school days at edgewater park," and the younger students had a great time learning about the wildlife, ecology, and other random stuff in northeast ohio.

    it's great to see u have your good days ;) it always seems that our best days are when we can play "camp counselors" again and bring our kids education into the real world around us. i don't take back my previous comment, however my positive attitude has been completely shot. i've been cut from my school due to money issues... obviously this was a temporary place for me, but God has really got me confused again (just when i was deciding i wanted to stick it out w the kids another year)... ay... anyway. just say a little prayer for me to be able to face the kids tomorrow and not break down emotionally...

    wow mr. franke, is that a snake in your hands...? btw, that post was just frustration of people who write jibberish as if saying it in some cryptic way makes them cool or something. the first part was nothing, the second part was from a bob and tom skit called "mr. obvious". i'll let you listen to it sometime.
